Narcissism as Abuse
People with narcissistic personality disorders develop toxic relationships and practice emotional abuse that is as harmful as physical abuse - but much more perverse: it cannot be perceived by outsiders and those who practice it manage to mask it. On the other hand, it is difficult for us to identify a narcissistic personality because the symptoms it manifests are very widespread, there are moments in life when each of us manifests one or another of these symptoms - but not all and not constantly - at any moment of life.
Violence as care
Often, this type of violence can be easily confused, especially in the beginning, with the other person's care for you. The fact that he has to constantly know where you are going, what you are doing and who you are with is not healthy. Not to understand that if your partner asked you how your day was, it is considered a form of violence. There is a huge difference between being bombarded non-stop with messages and control phones and general information.
